Old School Fight Camp II
16 Boxers will train like a title fighter for 1 month,with a full contact competition sparr at the end of the camp.
These Boys will train,diet,motivate and fight each other,just how fighters do it!!
In our last camp we had one guy who lost 14.9 kg in 4 weeks,and this is the discipline and dedication that it takes to be a real fighter.
Requirements for fight camp are to be able to run 2.5km's on day 1 and also have some beginner Boxing experience. (not open to people who have already had a compettive boxing bout).
