Boxing Training is for anyone who wants to get fit,learn self defence,learn correct attacking techniques,grow in confidence and self esteem and also step out of their comfort zone.

All our clients are taught as a boxer would be,whether you have dreams of stepping into the ring or not.

Come along and learn how to be a warrior without taking the punches.
